This client wanted to go to London and Paris and take their children on a fantastic adventure. They had a list of things they wanted to see, but a limited amount of time.
WHAT WE DID...
We communicated a lot through email and by phone. We narrowed down dates and booked flights into London and out of Paris. They wanted a private tour in Normandy to see the battlefield sites. We coordinated train schedules, tours, transfers and talked through all of the different excursions they wanted. We came up with a schedule that would work and booked all of their excursions. We gave them several choices of hotels and found the perfect locations.

Ray and Vivian’s Late Honeymoon
in Hawaii
WHAT THE CLIENT ASKED FOR...
Ray and Vivian wanted a lifetime trip with memories to last forever. This trip was a late honeymoon celebration since they had to move from Denver to Ohio for their jobs in the medical field. They were not sure which island to visit and for how long, but they knew that they wanted to stay at a luxury resort and at the same time enjoy the culture and nature.
WHAT WE DID...
After talking with Ray and Vivian and listening to their expectations, I recommended to split their stay, 4 nights in Kauai and 5 nights in Maui.
In Kauai they were able to feel free and adventurous, by exploring the island, like Princeville and Hanale. Both places have some of the most beautiful scenery and they were able to be romantic and away from everyone.
In Maui, they drove to Haleakala , a place to watch the sunrise. They also drove the twisting highway to Hana. It is one of the most captivating drives in the world with beaches, jungles, forest and waterfall views. They stopped by the famous Kapalua Bay Beach. Kapalua Bay Beach is a hot spot for actors like Adam Sandler and Jessica Alba. On one of the days I set up a couple massages for them right at sunset with a spectacular view of the beach.

Teresa and Jennifer’s Ireland Getaway

Teresa and Jennifer were looking for a trip to Ireland that would be incredible. This would be their first trip to Europe together and they wanted it to be special. Initially they didn’t know if they wanted to do a guided tour or something that was more customized to fit their needs.
WHAT WE DID...
Teresa and Jennifer ended up booking a guided tour with Globus Vacations. This allowed them to kick back and allow all the driving to be done for them and to take any guesswork out of their vacation. Their guides gave them a trip to remember with their extensive knowledge of the area and their willingness to help with any questions that they had. Their tour included a loop through the southern portion of Ireland starting and ending in Dublin with a lot of great stops along the way!

Desiree wanted to plan a 50th anniversary celebration for her parents.
It would be a small group traveling together and they wanted to stay at the same wonderful resort that they stayed at a year prior. They had worked with Donna Lee and developed a great relationship.
WHAT WE BOOKED FOR THEM...
We were able to assist with setting up a vow renewal ceremony. Since it was a small group it would be a beautiful intimate ceremony. All was set in place, a premium all-inclusive resort, beautiful ceremony and family to share a memorable trip. Then COVID-19 hit and it all disappeared. We were able to cancel everything and get all money refunded. Even though the trip had to be cancelled it was important to be able to be available to this group and give assurance that all was handled. We’re already looking to future trips!
